During law school, Mr. Goodall focused on Corporate and Partnership tax, and was selected to participate in the Janet R. Spragens Federal Tax Clinic, the fourth ranked clinical program in the Nation. During 2015, Mr. Goodall studied at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg Germany, where he focused on international copyright law and international corporate and partnership tax law.

- Representation covering various land use applications in the Keys, including: Major and Minor Conditional use applications, Administrative Variances, Waiver Requests, Minor deviations, development agreements, right-of-way abandonments, transfer of development rights applications, and Special Approvals.
- Represented clients at community meetings, Planning Commission meetings, and Board of County Commissioner meetings for various land use matters.
- Residential Closings for various properties.
- Representation covering all aspects of business formations, dissolutions, and SBA integrations.
- Assisted with the representation of H1-B applicant at various stages of the application process.
