Nick Batty focuses his practice on navigating the complex state and local regulatory schemes governing land use and development in the Florida Keys. A former extern with the City of Key West Office of the City Attorney and the Monroe County Office of the County Attorney, he represents clients in a variety of contexts involving land use and regulatory matters and, where necessary, related litigations.
